row_btt_skin=&#8221;light&#8221; row_background_text_position=&#8221;front&#8221; row_skin=&#8221;dark&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1556102851705{padding-top: 110px !important;padding-bottom: 30px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4><strong>The requirement to display a label on vehicles fitted with an LPG system<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span class=\"TextRun SCXW87344416 BCX8\" lang=\"PL-PL\" data-contrast=\"auto\" xml:lang=\"PL-PL\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87344416 BCX8\">In view of the requirement coming into force on 17 May 2024  <\/span>marking of a vehicle in which an additional gas supply system has been fitted, with an information plate (Journal of Laws 2023, item 919, Article 43,<span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW87344416 BCX8\"> The Act of 14 April 2023 on the type-approval of vehicles and their equipment <\/span>), by the installation company that carried out the installation of the additional gas supply system, the Installer \/ Holder of the type approval, hereby stipulates the following:<\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW87344416 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559731\":708,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>On the basis of the <i>Protocol for the Installation <\/i>and <i>Inspection of LPG Systems <\/i>(F-7.22), an authorised representative of the Installer \/ Holder of the installation approval issues an <i>Extract from the Certificate of Approval of the Installation Method<\/i><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259,\"469777462\":[142],\"469777927\":[0],\"469777928\":[1]}\"> <\/span><i>the certificate adapting the vehicle type for gas fuel <\/i>(F-7.23) in triplicate, signed in the \u2018traditional\u2019 manner, and, in addition, an <b>information plate<\/b> for the vehicle\u2019s auxiliary gas fuel system (in accordance with the template<span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259,\"469777462\":[142],\"469777927\":[0],\"469777928\":[1]}\"> <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(see below).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259,\"469777462\":[142],\"469777927\":[0],\"469777928\":[1]}\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;]<div class=\"mkdf-single-image-holder   \">\n    <div class=\"mkdf-si-inner\" >\n                                    <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"339\" src=\"https:\/\/kme.eu\/kme\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/tabliczka_homologacja_tresc_ramka.png\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kme.eu\/kme\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/tabliczka_homologacja_tresc_ramka.png 500w, https:\/\/kme.eu\/kme\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/tabliczka_homologacja_tresc_ramka-300x203.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/>                        <\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The set of documents (three copies of the extract plus an information plate) is sent by post or courier to the installation company.<\/li>\n<li>The installation company is required to affix an <b>information plate<\/b> permanently in a visible position on the vehicle door frame (the centre pillar of the driver\u2019s door).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;]<div class=\"mkdf-single-image-holder   \">\n    <div class=\"mkdf-si-inner\" >\n                                    <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"416\" src=\"https:\/\/kme.eu\/kme\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/tabliczka_komora_i_slupek_900px_02.jpg\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kme.eu\/kme\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/tabliczka_komora_i_slupek_900px_02.jpg 800w, https:\/\/kme.eu\/kme\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/tabliczka_komora_i_slupek_900px_02-300x156.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kme.eu\/kme\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/tabliczka_komora_i_slupek_900px_02-768x399.jpg 768w, https:\/\/kme.eu\/kme\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/tabliczka_komora_i_slupek_900px_02-600x312.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>                        <\/div>\n<\/div>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span data-contrast=\"auto\">In the event that a vehicle is registered with a gas installation fitted, without an extract from <span class=\"TextRun SCXW131661776 BCX8\" lang=\"PL-PL\" xml:lang=\"PL-PL\" data-contrast=\"auto\">certificates of approval for installation methods<\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW131661776 BCX8\" lang=\"PL-PL\" xml:lang=\"PL-PL\" data-contrast=\"auto\"> and failure to mark the vehicle permanently <\/span>an information plate; the installation company is required to provide the customer, together with the vehicle, with a signed installation and inspection report and an invoice for the installation.<span class=\"EOP SCXW131661776 BCX8\" data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We would also like to inform you that, <strong>as of 17 May 2024, we are suspending the option to print extracts from the type-approval certificate for the installation of a system adapting a given vehicle type for gas operation <\/strong><strong>(F-7.23) in the e-type approval system<\/strong>, signed by mechanical stamp, for companies installing automotive gas systems. <span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":0,\"335559740\":259,\"469777462\":[142],\"469777927\":[0],\"469777928\":[1]}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;100px&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4>KME Sp. z o.o. makes entries in the PL*0017*00\/G type-approval register. <\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<strong>From 10 January 2022, KME Sp. z o.o. is introducing new rules for registering a facility to be included in the network of installation facilities in accordance with type-approval certificate No.  <\/strong><strong>PL*0017*00\/G (Spark ignition + LPG, category: N1\/M1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Entry rules:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. SUBMISSION OF COMPLETE DOCUMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Submit the <a href=\"https:\/\/kme.eu\/kme\/sdm_downloads\/kwestionariusz-zgloszenia-warsztatu-do-sieci-zakladow-kme\/\">WORKSHOP APPLICATION FORM FOR INCLUSION IN THE KME NETWORK OF ESTABLISHMENTS<\/a>, together with the required documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>registration documents (CEIDG \/ KRS \/ REGON \/ NIP),<\/li>\n<li>a photocopy of the purchase invoice for the exhaust gas analyser, showing the serial number on the invoice (or a statement confirming that the analyser details on the invoice \u2013 model and serial number \u2013 are correct), or the purchase agreement for the analyser,<\/li>\n<li>a valid certificate of conformity for the analyser (or a CE declaration of conformity for new analysers),<\/li>\n<li>a photocopy of the purchase invoice for an electronic gas detector (leak tester), with the model number stated on the invoice,<\/li>\n<li>CE certificate (manufacturer\u2019s declaration) for an electronic gas detector<\/li>\n<li>GDPR clause,<\/li>\n<li>A scan of the bank transfer confirmation for PLN 850 net (PLN 1,045.50 gross). The cost of PLN 850 net (PLN 1,045.50 gross) covers the fees payable to ITS. PRELIMINARY CHECK + SIGNING OF THE COOPERATION AGREEMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Following a successful preliminary inspection carried out by an authorised representative of KME Sp. z o.o., a \u2018cooperation agreement\u2019 will be signed. The document will be confirmed by the PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT CERTIFICATE FOR THE FACILITY APPLYING FOR INCLUSION IN THE NETWORK OF KME FACILITIES AUTHORISED FOR INSTALLATION  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. APPLICATION FOR THE REGISTRATION OF A WORKSHOP IN THE ITS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION IN THE ITS AND ISSUANCE OF THE RELEVANT CERTIFICATE.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The waiting period for registration, from the submission of documents to the establishment\u2019s appearance on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.waw.pl\/uploaded_general\/Wykaz_instGaz.pdf\">main list of workshops in the ITS<\/a>, can take between one and two months.
